This policy applies to all purchases made on NQXX, a product of NeuQuantix Technologies (https://nqxx.in).
1. Refund Validity Period
Refund requests are eligible only within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Requests made after 7 days will not be considered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only on:
✔ Full-length courses
✔ First-time purchases
Refunds are not applicable for:
✖ Trial access
✖ Individual lessons or modules
✖ Downloadable materials
✖ Certification fees once issued
✖ Discounted or promotional purchases
✖ Course renewals
✖ Subscription payments
✖ Bundled offers unless stated
2.1 Additional Non-Refundable Consideration (Low-Value Transactions)
Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this policy, any amount paid below INR 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) towards the following shall be strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

Workshops

Short-term programs
-
Micro-courses

Entry-level or introductory courses

Any digital offering priced below INR 5,000
This is due to irreversible costs incurred immediately upon purchase, including but not limited to:

Platform usage and licensing fees

Payment gateway charges
-
Technology infrastructure costs
-
Instructor, content, and operational expenses

Administrative and processing overheads
Once access is granted, such costs are consumed and non-recoverable, and therefore no refund, reversal, or chargeback shall be entertained for these transactions.
This condition applies irrespective of usage, attendance, completion status, or dissatisfaction, and shall prevail over any general refund eligibility clauses.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us at:

Include:
- Registered email ID
- Course name
- Payment reference ID
- Reason for refund
All requests are reviewed within 48 business hours.
4. Refund Approval & Processing
If approved:
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days (depends on bank/payment gateway).
If rejected, you’ll receive reasoned confirmation by email.
5. No Physical Returns
NQXX does not sell physical goods.
There is no product shipping, exchange, or return by mail.
All services are delivered digitally.
6. Late / Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed:

7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel enrollment anytime.
After 7 days, no refund will be issued and access continues until validity expires.
8. Fraud, Abuse & Violations
NQXX reserves the right to:
- Block repeat refund abuse
- Terminate accounts in case of misuse
- Deny refunds for policy violations
