Payments on NQXX are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways. NQXX does not directly store or process sensitive financial information.

We do not store:

Card numbers
CVV details
Bank account credentials

All transactions are subject to the security and privacy practices of the respective payment gateway providers.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, duties, or gateway charges (if any) shall be borne by the User.

Authorization & Payment Confirmation

Payments are considered complete only upon successful authorization and settlement by the payment gateway.
Access to services may be withheld or revoked in case of payment failure, reversal, or suspected fraud.

Non-Refundable Payments

Payments made for webinars, workshops, and courses priced below INR 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) are non-refundable.

This is due to immediate and irreversible costs incurred upon successful payment, including platform infrastructure, technology licensing, payment gateway fees, service provisioning, and operational expenses.

Users are advised to carefully review all program details before making payment. By proceeding with payment, the User explicitly acknowledges and agrees to this non-refundability condition.

Failed, Duplicate, or Excess Payments

In the event of:

Failed transactions
Duplicate payments
Excess amounts charged due to technical errors

Users must notify us within 48 hours at:

Such cases will be reviewed and resolved as per gateway confirmations.

Fraud, Misuse & Chargebacks

Any attempt to misuse payment systems, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or reverse non-refundable payments may result in:

Account suspension or termination
Restriction of future access
Legal remedies as permitted under applicable law
