1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. Users under 18 years must use the platform under parental or legal guardian consent.

2. Services

NQXX provides:

• AI-assisted learning tools

• Online courses and certification programs

• Educational resources and community access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any service, content, or feature at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities carried out through your account shall be deemed to be undertaken by you.

Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

4. Payments & Access

Access to paid services is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
NQXX reserves the right to restrict or revoke access in case of payment failure, reversal, or suspected misuse.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Non-Refundable Low-Value Digital Transactions

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Refund Policy, Payment Policy, or elsewhere on the Platform, the User expressly agrees and acknowledges that any amount paid below INR 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) towards the following shall be strictly non-refundable:

• Webinars (live or recorded)

• Workshops

• Short-term, introductory, or micro-courses

• Entry-level educational programs

• Any digital product or service priced below INR 5,000

The User understands that such payments result in immediate and irreversible consumption of costs, including but not limited to platform infrastructure, technology licensing, payment gateway charges, cloud services, instructor fees, content delivery, and administrative overheads.

Once access is granted, enrollment is confirmed, or a session is scheduled, no refund, cancellation, reversal, or chargeback shall be permitted for such transactions, irrespective of usage, attendance, dissatisfaction, or non-completion.

This clause shall override any general refund timelines or conditions mentioned elsewhere and shall be binding upon all Users.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal for transactions categorized as non-refundable shall be treated as a material breach of these Terms, and NQXX reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s account and contest such disputes with relevant payment authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, course materials, content, branding, designs, and graphics are the exclusive property of NeuQuantix Technologies.

Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

NQXX shall not be liable for:

• Learning outcomes or academic performance

• Job placement or career results

• Platform downtime or service interruptions

• Failures of third-party tools, integrations, or services

We provide educational tools and services without guarantees.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in case of:

• Policy violations

• Fraudulent activity

• Abuse of platform services

Such termination may occur without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts having jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
